Your health & safety is our priority.

We have introduced elevated hygiene prevention measures to ensure your safety. We are doing everything possible to reassure and anticipate your needs.

From our side we have made a major investment to ensure that all the requirement measures are in place and importantly are strictly being followed, in complete accordance with the protocol, which is for the well-being and safety of our guests and our staff.

• We have various forms of sterlising equipment in place throughout the departments of the Hotel and our staff our following a continuing program of cleaning and sterlisation throughout the Hotel, inside and outside areas.
• Guests provided with individual kit with hand and surface sanitisers, wipes, masks and gloves.
• Social distancing enforced in all common areas.
• Provision of one use sunbed covers.
• Instructions, signs, TV presentations and procedures are visible through the Hotel and grounds.
• All seating areas and sunbeds have been placed at the required distances.
• Our staff is constantly receiving training regarding all the necessary information, guidelines and procedures and regular medical tests are performed on them with regard to COVID 19 requirements.
• In addition to the require one-use or cleanable menus that we are permitted to use, we have added a system of QR-Code for all our outlet menus.
• New protocol for buffets where one use gloves are given to guests and masks are compulsory.
• Sterilisation of Key Cards on Departure
• “Stepnpull” – hand free door opening devices in public areas.
• Online Check-in and wireless payments.
• Steam > 70 degrees machines for all furniture and materials in rooms and lobby.
• Reinforced cleaning program and sanitiser units in public areas providing frequent disinfection of all high touch areas.
• Minimising the number of persons (2) in lifts (antiseptic gel and masks required).
• Compulsory masks in all public areas
• Indoor Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi can be used by appointment only.
• Indoor Fitness Centre can be used subject to availability and by appointment only.
• No direct service from the Bars, only waiter service.
• No room service or mini bar service.
• Strengthened room cleaning protocols including extra disinfection of high touch room & bathroom areas.
• Disinfection of all rooms on departure.
• Daily measurement of temperature of all Staff on entering the Hotel.
• All staff wearing protective masks in the required departments (kitchen and housekeeping).
• Plexiglass dividers in Reception and all Bars.
• Signs indoor and outdoor clearing marking the distances required between people.
• Signs indicated how many people are permitted in indoor and outdoor areas, including swimming pool and children playground and club area.
• Distance between tables is not required to be 2m (table to table), it is in accordance with how the chairs are placed at the tables, whereby this is in accordance with the protocol.

At the time of this information and in accordance the Government’s protocol until further notice there are certain areas that remain “out of use” such as:-

• Steam bath and Sauna
• Indoor Children Club
