Additional Gym Information

The Cavo Maris Ocean Spa Gym, Indoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi are available to guests of the hotel. These facilities are available Monday to Sunday from 08:00 until 19:00 and are free of charge. For individuals or groups that are not residents of the Cavo Maris Beach Hotel, but wish to use the Gym Facilities and/or the Pool and Jacuzzi, a charge is applicable. (click here)

Gym Forms
Guests wishing to use the gym are requested to fill out and complete a health record form for there own and the hotel’s safety and peace of mind.

Gym Equipment, Weight Equipment

The Cavo Maris Gym is more than just a weight lifting bench and a few dumbbells. We offer a variety of HOYST equipment, including strength, weights and free weights, to make sure that your “work out” is exactly what you expect it to be.
Cardio Equipment, when it comes to aerobic exercise, you won’t find better than our Life Fitness cardio machines! They are enhanced with integrated personal TV screens and iPod docking stations, so you can lose yourself in your favourite workout music or TV show.

Fitness Centre Regulations

Opening Hours: 08.00 – 19.00 Hrs
• Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the fitness centre
• Users of the spa do so at their own risk
• The Cavo Maris Beach Hotel does not take any responsibility of complications due to health problems
• Wear clean clothes while working out. Inappropriate body odour is offensive
• Proper hygiene is required
• Dry, closed-top athletic shoes are required. No dress shoes, boots or sandals are permitted.
• Do not bring your gym bag or other personal belongings onto the fitness floor only your drink and towel.
• Use the equipment properly

• Do not use weights while on cardio equipment.
• Misusing the equipment can result in injury and/or damage to the equipment; follow directions and instructions. Ask for assistance from the fitness staff if you are unfamiliar with any piece of equipment.
• Please return weights and plates to respective racks after completing your workout. Tops must be worn at all times.
• Refrain from yelling, using profanity, banging and throwing weights and making loud sounds.
• Wipe down all equipment after use.
• Avoid talking on mobile phones whist in the fitness center so as not to disturb the other members.
• Do not touch televisions.

Individuals not adhering to these policies risk the possibility to be asked to leave the facility. The Management reserves the right to act accordingly with anyone who violates these rules.
