Reception: The Reception desk is operating 24 hours a day. Our multilingual staff is always happy to help our guests for any information regarding the facilities and the services of the hotel or any other tourist information such as, bus timetables, taxi fares, car rentals, excursions, bicycle hire, transfers, currency exchange etc. Please feel free to the staff at the desk.

Wireless Internet: Access to Wi-Fi Internet is offered Free in all Hotel Rooms in almost all areas of the Hotel, i.e. ground floor indoor and outdoor level of reception and lounges, outdoor areas of swimming pool, pool bar, terraces, and gardens. For Wifi Access in the Hotel rooms our guests are simply requested to apply for a free code from our Reception Desk.

PC Corner with Internet Access: Computer desktop (PC) stations with internet access are available in a separate section of our lounge, just before the shop. There are two terminals which operate with a code, provided at small charge, which can be obtained from our Reception Desk. For printing possibilities please contact the Reception or our Public Relations Officer Internet access can also be provided in our “Quiet” Lounge.

Taxi: We will be very happy to give details of fares or order a taxi for you. Please contact Reception. Taxi pickup from the Airport can also be arranged through us directly or through our website. Please see the button “Airport Pickup” in our Home page of the website

Bicycles: Bicycles in good condition and of latest technology may be hired through the Reception at reasonable rates.

Car Rentals: Self drive cars of all types and budgets may be hired through the Reception. Self-drive cars can also be arranged through our website. Please see the button “Rent a Car” in our Home page of the website

Bus Service: A local bus service is regularly operating at the main road near the Hotel. It can take you to Ayia Napa and Paralimni (and then via Larnaca to Nicosia and Limassol). Time tables and prices are available from Reception.

Excursions: Our Reception staff will be happy to help you organise or plan your trip, with qualified drivers, in modern, safe and well maintained buses and with the preferred language guide. Excursions by Taxi can also be arranged through our Reception.

Currency/Cashier: Foreign Currency and Travellers Cheques may be changed into Euros (Cyprus currency) only at the Hotel's Reception desk (notes of $100.00 may not be accepted). Our rates of exchange may be slightly lower than those of the banks, in order to minimise risks of rate fluctuations. Rates are displayed at the Reception. May we advise you that the Hotel Reception is the only authorised body to carry out currency transactions within the Hotel grounds.

Parking: Various on-site parking areas are available for free for use by our guests. In the very busy periods of the season, when we deem it necessary, they are barrier controlled. When the barriers are closed, we issue, when requested, to our guests with private (or rent) cars or bikes a special entry card. It is free of charge, only a small deposit is requested for the card, which is returnable when the guests return the card at the end of its use. The parking areas are clearly marked and we have disabled parking places. Guests are politely reminded that parking in front of the Hotel (other than for short timed off-loading of guests and luggage) or in front of emergency exits is not permitted.

Luggage Store:
There are two luggage rooms available 24 hours a day and free of charge. For your safety (like everywhere in the world), we kindly advise you to not leave your luggage unattended during your arrival / departure. Please also place your luggage neatly, to allow other guests to easily position their own luggage too.

Safe Deposit Boxes: There are safe deposit boxes available, free of charge, in every room. The management of the hotel accepts no responsibility for any valuables left in rooms or in public areas of the hotel.
Safe deposit boxes are also available, free of charge at the Reception.

Laundry Service: Our in-house Laundry Service, with collection and return to your own room, is available weekdays (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Laundry must be given to us at least 2 days before your departure. Please complete the Laundry Service form which is found, together with the laundry bags and price lists in your wardrobe. Put them on the bed and call the Housekeepers or the Linen keepers for direct delivery and for item verification (at your presence).

Adaptors: Electricity adaptors are available free of charge on request at the Reception with returnable deposit. Adaptors are also available for sale at the Souvenir shop.

Medical – Pharmaceutical Assistance (on request): Our Reception staff can assist you in calling a Doctor or help with a Chemist or any other medical requirements you may have.

Wake-up Call: Please contact the Reception and inform them of the time you would like to get your wake-up call. Our telephone system provides also for automatic wake up calls. Please find the relevant instructions in the information folder in the drawers of the bedside table.

Room Service: This is available daily as follows:
Breakfast 07:15 - 10:00 hrs Please fill the relevant form from the previous evening and hand to the Reception or call by phone.
Meals 11:00 - 22:30 hrs from the Room Service Menu in the rooms. (Dial extension 515).
Drinks 11:00 - 24:00 hrs (midnight). (Dial extension 515).
Please allow a waiting time of at least 15-20 minutes for beverages and 20-30 minutes for food.

Mini-bar: Your room is equipped with an empty mini-bar for your free use. Please do not overload it and do not treat it like a household refrigerator, you are risking malfunction. If you require the mini-bar service of the hotel, please fill the mini-bar list (found on top of the Mini bar) with items of your choice and give it to the Reception. Alternatively please call the Restaurant (extension 512) or the Bar (extension 519 and give your order They will be delivered to your room’s Mini bar as soon as possible. Alternatively you may purchase items from the hotel shop or use your own supplies.

Tea & Coffee making facilities: Tea & Coffee making facilities, which include a kettle, cups, saucers and spoons, are available for free use in your room. They include an initial pack of Tea, Coffee, milk and sugar sachets are provided free of charge. If you would like refill of Tea/Coffee/Milk/Sugar sachets supplies, please ask at the Reception Desk. Supplies are replaced only “on request” (no charge).

Free Drinking water & Thermos in every room:
The thermos in your room can be refilled from the drinking water machine stations on each floor (next to the lifts) at your own convenience. In addition there are cold drinking water machines stations at the Coral Main Bar and Sirena Pool Bar for the free use of all our guests.

Mattress Hardness and extra or different Pillows:
If you feel that your bed is too hard (or too soft) for your comfort please ask at our Reception Desk for a soft (or hard) mattress to be arranged in your room. We have various types of mattresses or mattress toppers that can be provided to give you the level of comfort that you prefer.
It is important to add that we also have a range of “pillow options” for your maximum comfort. You can ask for an extra pillow or change of your pillows to the form of a thicker, feather or memory foam types.

Courtesy Rooms: The Cavo Maris Beach Hotel has a Courtesy Rooms centre, consisted of 5 separate and secure rooms. They are offered to guests who request this service and are grunted for free “subject to availability”. This unique facility is offered, as a free gesture, to guests early arriving or late departing and it gives the opportunity to our guests to enjoy their holidays from the minute they arrive to the minute they depart…
The Courtesy Rooms are found at the lower (-1) level and they are very conveniently located next to the guests’ toilet and shower facilities.

Pets:
By Law, no pets are allowed in any area of the hotel. This applies for all Hotels in Cyprus.

Disabled/handicapped-We have available:
• Specially designed rooms for the Disable
• Ramps to all levels including down to the Beach
• Conveniently located special parking places for the disabled
Please contact Reception if you require help with renting wheelchairs, mobility scooters or any other special need you may have.

Fitness centre: You can freely use the facilities of our Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi and Fitness Centre at the Ocean Spa Centre

Special diets: We can provide gluten free bread, on request, and we always have a chef on hand to explain what food is safe to eat for people with this condition, however, as our meals are served in buffet form, it is not possible for us to guarantee no contamination with gluten based meals and of course we cannot be held responsible for food that clients may consume outside of the Hotel or the area of the Restaurant. We provide also a good variety of vegetarian options on our breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the form of Cereals, Breads, Margarine, Jams (including diabetic variety), Syrups, Salads, Dressings, Hot vegetables, beans, rice and pasta dishes (in daily rotation) and selections of Desserts and Fresh Fruits. We also have Vegetarian options on our A la Carte Menu.

Beach Towels & Balcony cloth drying rack:
The Blue Beach Towels provided in your room can be changed, if required, once a day only by presenting the used Beach Towel at the Pool Attendants Kioski during stated times. The responsibility for keeping the towels belongs to the guests. Lost towels may be charged. Please hang your wet towels on the provided Drying Rack of the balcony

Iron & Ironing Board: You can request an iron and ironing board for use in your room. They are free of charge. Please contact the Reception Desk. A small deposit is requested for the use of these items, which is returnable when the items are returned in good condition.

Quiet Lounge
One of our Lounges is the unique Quiet Lounge where you can relax, enjoy your drink, read your book, or even work away from unwanted noises.

TV Lounge
A very elegant and comfortable area to watch on a Big screen, alone or with friends a favourite show, a preferred TV program or a Sports show, but not only. You can also relax in a nice environment; enjoying your drink or your coffee o the sounds of relaxing background music.

Tennis Court and equipment:
You can book Tennis Court and obtain equipment from our Reception (only charge applicable is if lighting is required whilst playing).
